What we store

Account email, project decisions, budget figures, receipt files you upload or forward, partner emails, and Stripe customer identifiers when you pay. Magic-link sign-in does not use a password.

Receipts

Forwarded mail is accepted only from the project owner’s verified email or an accepted partner. Files stay in private storage. A model may read the text to suggest a vendor, date, and total. You confirm before anything hits the budget.

Sharing

A contractor link shows the plan you choose to publish. Budget numbers stay off unless you turn them on. You can revoke the link.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. RenoBinder stores the plan, expiry, and Stripe customer id. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
